About me
I've been practicing yoga for over 14 years; my path has started at an Iyengar school in my home town Lublin when I was 20 years old. It was a time when yoga was slowly being introduced to the western world. After I've moved to Berlin I've started practicing Hatha/ VinyasaYoga inspired by the teachings of Ana Forrest. That was a style of yoga I very much enjoyed, it was playful, allowed lots of space for creativity and at a same time was focused on alignement and pranayama. For that reasons I completed my first teacher training at Spirit Yoga in Berlin and started teaching right away.
Since that time my curiosity was growing bigger and bigger, I wanted to learn more about different yoga styles and the philosophy of yoga. I have attended workshops with several amazing teachers, such as Ana Forrest, Sharon Gannon, Kino McGregor, Tias Litte, Elena Brower and others.
Since October 2017 I've been travelling throughout India, Sri Lanka and Indonesia, teaching and studying yoga, meditation and massage techniques.
In November 2017 I accomplished an Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in Mysore district in India with very inspiring teachers, such as Vinod Kumar Rajan, Ganga Sanjay and Swami Prabodh Chaitanya, whom I'm very grateful for introducing this classical style of Hatha Yoga (Shivananda) in a very comprehensible way.
After graduating I felt like I want to learn massage methods and body work leading to a deep tension release. Therefore I completed a 55-Hour Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Training (Kusum Modak method) with Ananta in Mysore, India.
Currently I'm still on the way, travelling, teaching, giving my healing sessions, discovering new places, cultures and people, learning patience and coming ever closer to myself, than I've ever been before. On my journey yoga is my constant companion, my anchor, my home. Every day I come back on to my yoga mat and feel safe as in the womb.
